i've played about 5 or 6 of them including bfr's..it doesnt feel good to me and i wasnt crazy about the sound either.

yeah it's one of the best pedal investments you can make. it just lets you dial in some wicked tone in practically seconds.

After speaking at length with someone "in the know" I came to the conclusion that the entire thing was rushed out the door in order to satisfy the hype they built over the amp. The Mark Vb will be the amp to look out for. Sorry early adopters, but someone had to pay for the R&D. ;)

i just hit it with my mxr eq with the gain up around +4 db and jacked lows and highs. i leave the mids flat and run the onboard eq in the classic V. sounds like a marshall and is great for straight rock.

i would never spend more then 200 bucks on a strat..there is no difference between a 200 dollar strat and a 2k strat other then slightly less shitty pickups and tuners, certainly not 1800 worth. fender is garbage...you want a 2-3k high end strat? buy a tyler, or a suhr or any of the other...
