I had the opposite experience with the script mode. It sounds much darker.

I ha ve a Roadster and a Lone Star and both came with yellow color coded tubes. I was just wondering is this was standard or do the just use whatever color batch they have around.

Anybody know?

I have played a Marshall TSL trough a Marshall 1960AV and a Mesa Traditional and to my ears the amp sounded better with the Mesa cab.

I'm not sure if I am still under warranty. I bough the amp used off Ebay.

Mine is ripping also, I'm just going to order a replacement from Mesa.

Stiletto sound the best IMHO.......The marshall 1960av has almost no low end.

I've been having a lot of fun lately with the Brit mode on my Roadster. I really disliked the brit mode at first, but after much tweaking I have come to like the mode for AC/DC lower gain type tones. 50 watts Tube Rectifier Gain- Maxed Treble- 1:30 Mids- 3:00 Bass-1:30 Presence- 9:00

I guess Hendog is not going to tell me his Roadster clean channel settings.

They don't sound the same to my ears. What are your settings on the roadster for cleans?

I own both a Roadster and a Lone Star, and the Roadster cleans are no were near the Lonestar cleans.
