check your patch chords. I had this problem bought new better quaillty patch chords got my tone back instantly. and check you fx level if you have it engaged because i find if its at noon for me i get a thinner distortion if i turn it to abotu 1 or 2 oclock i get some nice full distortion.

ive gotten my channel 2 "crunch" as a mix between a orange rockerverb 100 and when i feel a lil bit dirtier i boost the gain throw a overdrive in front and i have pretty much my old vht pittbull settings which is freaking awesome lol.

look into modding ur cab with a thicker gauge, and also foam the sh!t outta the cab. This makes everything come out of the grill and then spread insted of it leaking through the back or anything.

what are your settings compaired to his? If you are scooping your mids your gonna get drowned out either way, the guitar needs mids to cut through the balls end of the bass and kicker drum. If you do have your mids up and hes still killing u, look into getting another cab, i found the mark haed...

so i picked up the pod x3 pro, its an amazing piece of equipment for recording...how ever i still cant get it sounding good through my mark...when ever i try and put it through the effects loop of the amp it just sounds like garbage, i try putting it infront of the amp and ig et hardcore tone...
