FS: Mesa Mark V:25 *Custom Finish

I have a Mesa Mark V:25 in custom surf green/seafoam green tolex and a custom grill in excellent condition for sale. I honestly can't find signs of wear on it. Comes with original paperwork, tags, footswitch, soft case, etc. It still had almost 4 years of warranty left which is transferrable. I...

Help Choosing Cab for Mark V25

I did a lot of research and demoing cabs for my MKV25 as well and landed on the Recto 2x12 (haven't decided on the horizontal or vertical yet). It just sounds the best for gain tones, seriously. But honestly the best cab I've found for cleans so for with my MKV25 is my Z-Best. So when I want...

    Mark V25 Headphone Out Question

Yeah the impedance and quality of headphones you are using will make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, nothing will sound better than running through a cab cuz that provides the air that accompanies great tone. What were your bass settings at? This may effect this as well.

    Mesa M V 25 Cleans - specific question

I got to play through the cleans of my new MKV25 for an extensive time on Friday. Seriously, I would own this amp alone for Channel one, not kidding. Clean mode and Crunch mode are outstanding. I've compared the Mini Rec/Rectoverb25 and MKV25 clean tones lots. I prefer the MKV25 cleans by a...

    Mark 5:25 question

Mine came with: - Manual/warranty paperwork - Slip Cover (head) - Footswitch - Power Cable - Footswitch Cable All these things covered in bubble wrap. I see some came with a pouch for their footswitch, seems to be the rare case though.

My New Custom / Mesa Mark V:25 Review

Hey guys. I've had my new Mesa Mark V:25 head now for just under a couple weeks but wanted to post some initial thoughts now that I've had a decent amount of time with it. 1st off I'm pretty impressed with the cleans, something I honestly didn't give much attention to when demoing this amp...

It's great they there's a couple guys on here that own both. That's gonna be very helpful, thanks for chiming in guys. So can yall describe the CLEAN tone personality differences on both these amps? I know the headroom has been discussed but how are there clean tones different? And then how...

Need Help Selecting A Cab - Ordered A New Custom Mark V:25

This thread and my search are specially gears towards using a (mini)Mark V:25. So I won't have a problem with the wattage thing. So greenbacks are great for classic rock overdrive stuff, that's great and that helps. But won't the cleans suffer then?

Mark V:25 Case For Footswitch & Cable?

I just saw a picture of someone's new mark v:25 with an extra case for the footswitch and footswitch cable. Is it suppose to come with one Cuz I didn't get one. Just a slip cover case for the head.

Need Help Selecting A Cab - Ordered A New Custom Mark V:25

Anyone else? So many options. Don't want something physically huge or loud but something that sounds huge, smaller/medium sized cabinet, breathes/has air for cleans then thick and punchy for higher gained overdrive Classic Rock tones. Yeah I basically want a cab that'll do it all, haha. Any...
