Sorry if this topic has already been discussed, I had run a search and did not seem to find anything similar to my request.

I would like to give my MkIV small combo (loaded with EVM12) a 1x12 closed back extension cab.

Basically, I'd choose between a (used) standard Boogie 1x12 cab with EVM12 (I just love this speaker) and an EV806-like Bass Reflex cab, always with EVM12. I can get a new one for around 400 Eur on Tube Town.

What do you think would be the best choice? I basically play 80's hard rock, and I'd buy the extension cab to give the sound a bit more pressure and "guts".

Any suggestion is welcome :D

There is a lot of love here for the 1x12 Thiele
My MKIVa just sat on top of it's first thiele this week.
Tonight I get to hook it up and fall in love with my Boogie again...
They turn up in occasionally for $250+ with an 200 watt EVM12

Well, unfortunately here in Italy they are quite rare to find used, that's why
I was thinking about the Tube Town cabinet:

Because I can get it new for a reasonable price. Anybody know them?
