WTB: Mark II reverb tank, pilot lights

Hi,
I'm looking for an original Mark II reverb tank.
AFAIK, it should be stamped Accutronics, with their address.
The model will be ink stamped ; 9AB2A1B
I'l hoping for the tolex cover and original RCA cable(s)

Likewise, does anyone, or the repair guys have any amber Solico pilot lights?
They're hard to get here in Oz, and Solico have referred to a dealer who isn't replying..
