This is an old thread but I was doing a search for my Belton BS3BB3E tank with a broken spring out of my Rocket 440. They never came back and posted the results of the new tanks!
I was interested in possibly using the leads from the old Belton that plug into the board and wire splice in new leads from the plug in leads to rca's jacks installed on back of chassis. From there I could run plug in leads to a full tank in bottom of cab. I would need the impedance of the old Belton unit or any other info from anyone who has been down this road before. At the very least, replacing the old Belton unit back in the chassis. Thanks, Platefire
