Mini recto cable use for footswitch or cab?

Ok, so I wonder does the cable that comes with mini recto is for the footswitch? It says speaker cable on the side is it safe to use it? Or use it for the cabinet?

The cable is for the footswitch. There is no need for a shielded cable for the footswitch function. Thanks!
