Aside from when running in class A is the Mark IV always simulclass? I recently read that it is only simul when running in triode mode but that didn't sound right to me. Definitely got me wondering though.

I am assuming that the amp is non simul-class is this correct? Also, what are your opinions on how this would affect the tone vs and mark iv or v? I'm just curious as to what the perceived differences would be.
