i finally got to play my mark iii and mark iv at the same time last night. well, switching between the two. at any rate, i can honestly say i don't feel like i need another amp, besides maybe a lonestar, a road king, and an f50. wait a second...

Nice to use a stereo processor to link the 2 heads together. Use your favorite's preamp (mono effects send) to drive the processor, take its stereo outputs and run them to the returns of both amps. Now the "rig" will switch from just one footswitch, the one connected to your favorite's preamp.
