What is the red R under the power cord on my Mark III?

I am wondering what is with the red "R" under the power cord on my Mark III blue stripe? Here is a pic of my amp. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

stock reverb in the mk III is as weak at piss.. the reverb mod makes it stronger and more lush..

That is funny because it still sounds weak as piss compared to most other heads I have owned.
