Was wondering how Mesa is powering the blue LED's in the transatlantic. Are they running it off the power switch and the power light? Is it converting down to 12v on the power light?

There will be a low-voltage DC supply for things like the switching relays, it will come off that. In a EL84 amp this may be the same supply as the power tube bias, which is also around 12V, or it could be separate. The front panel power light is usually a filament lamp run from the tube filament supply (6.3V AC). I haven't seen inside the amp yet or a schematic so I don't know either for sure. Some other companies use LEDs hidden behind a traditional jewel for the power light.

Ok does this help???
