So I pulled the Chassis on my Mark IV and this is what I see

It looks like? the problem caps have been replaced with the black 4700's? the seller I got it from told me the previous owner had it "serviced" but gave me no details
anyone here who knows these guts tell me what I'm seeing? any help would be greatly appreciated as it will cost me and arm and a leg to ship this to Mesa from Boston
