My DC-2's reverb stopped working suddenly. How do I get to the reverb tank? Is there something I should be looking for when I get there?

Reverb tanks are cheap enough that it's worth replacing it rather than trying to repair it. The most common problem is a wire coming loose from one of the little transformers in the tank, though it may not be visible. If you have a known good tank you can try, you might try that. Also try replacing whichever tube drives the reverb - it's cheap and easy. If it doesn't work with a replaced tube and known good tank, it's probably the reverb transformer. I just went through this with a '73 Twin Reverb, and it turned out to be the transformer. It's a $25 part, but was kind of a hassle to replace.
