price range of a mark IV without the footswitch

dear Mesa lovers, I am in the market for a mark IV and I almost bid on one today on ebay with no foot switch. As usual I buy something only if I can resell it at the same price or for a profit.

Since I've seen a few around that don't come with the FU-3 and I know it is hard to find used and very expensive to buy new from mesa, even the voodoo lab replica cost quite a bit.

what is the ongoing price for a mark IV without foot switch, of course depending on condition?

Most go for $900-1,100.

Be careful. Those foot switches are hard to find and $250+ to get a replacement from Mesa. Nothing else really works unless you have a midi amp switcher ($$$$).

They do show up on ebay from time to time but they usually sell for a premium.

Personally, I would not purchase a Mark IV with out the F/S.
