New Mark III's

I bought a MKIII blue wood n wicker full load combo last friday

Yesterday my bros picked up the same but a standard cab combo BUT his came with blue Mesa label STR 415's AND STR 416's. All the preamp 12AX7's have mesa typed on the tube horizontally. What a score!!!

Serial number is 224?? so could these be the original tubes that came with this?

They both have the EVM. Not a huge fan of these speakers yet. I run a 4 X 12 Cab with Jensens and it sounds amazing. A total step up for me and my RectoVerb.

I would really like to hear the EV in a thiele or sealed cabinet. It just doesn't appeal to me in the open environment of the combo. But who knows I will give it another honest run tonite!!
