You guys who did the C+ upgrade, does it worth it?
Did you shipped the whole amp to MESA or just the chassis?
What is the tonal difference from stock IIC to IIC+?
Can you tell the difference blindfolded?
I am rally curious for these questions and might jump into it if
somebody would tell me that,YES it's to die for!!!LOL!!
And how much does it cost you to do this not including the S/H.
THANKS!!!! 8)

Call Mesa for a quote, they raised the price recently.

As far as 'is it worth it?' That's quite subjective and they sound very different.

You should start by asking if you like your IIC as it is. What would you change? What are you expecting?

+1. I toy with the idea of upgrading mine, but when I spend a little time with it, I can't bring myself to do it. If you're looking for smooth, raucous high gain, then the C+ will certainly deliver. But for low to medium "Fender on steroids" playing, I find the IIC perfect.

I just shipped the chassis.

For me, better tone and overdrive.

I have good ears and I could tell the difference if blindfolded and I was playing the guitar.

My amp was over 20 years old and Mike B. went over everything and upgraded and replaced everything that needed it. I forget what I paid. Over $300.

I shipped my chassis to Mike at Mesa all the way from Sydney, Australia. Shipping was stupidly expensive, but if I had the choice of doing it again I would, no question.
