I have a constant hum with my Mark III.
Was wondering if some one could explain, or even better show me what the grounding should look like.
There is a wire going from the back from one of the screws on the black metal grill/radiator type thing (RH side next simul class-class A switch) which then goes into the head cabinet and screws into the top if it.
What im not sure about is if this screw goes into/threw the shielding foil? Is this normal?
Should the amp ground on a non-conductive material, for example the wood. Or does it need to ground on something conductive like the shielding foil?
Any help would be great!
