Mine is great too--Just last night I messed with my settings a little and it really brought things to life! Heres what I ended up with in channel 2:
SG with a Seymour Duncan SH-14 Custom 5 in the bridge (Pickup EQ: [B-M-T] 6-3-8 )
MODERN
Tube Rectifier
Bold
(All Clockwise Settings)
Presence: I like this pegged all the way up (5:00)
Master: 9:00
Gain: 2:30
Bass: 12:15-25(not quite 12:30)
Mids: 10:30(a little too high is too harsh but a little too low is too compressed--youll have to feel it while your playing it to set it right)
Treble: 2:30--(same as above)

i actually havent explored the modern channel yet...ive mainly been useing ch. 2 on raw or vintage.
