Road Case for Mark IV Short Head

I saw that one, unfortunately that one is too big for a short head. I may have found one though! http://affordable-cases.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=62&products_id=1831 By chance does anyone have any experience with Affordable Cases?

Mark IV Problem - Volume Drop & Tube Questions

Just a quick update. Back from the shop. Turns out it needed a replacement resistor in the drive stage. Back up and running, sounds fantastic. :) Now I have a mystery issue with my TriAxis/2:90 rig... Oy vay.

Mark IV Problem - Volume Drop & Tube Questions

Well... I guess I can safely say it's not the tubes. Just installed all new tubes and the volume issue is still there. And the output I do get from any channel is fuzzy and brittle. Any other thoughts on what might be going on? :(

    The Mark IV thread....!!

Hi everyone. Got an issue with my Mark IV and I was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. I created a thread outside of this one. Basically, my volume dropped considerably across the board, gain channel also sounds like it's crapping out, and now the signal seems sort of...

Mark IV Problem - Volume Drop & Tube Questions

Acquired a Mark IV roughly 4 months ago. Got it used, and the prior owner had no idea when the tubes were last changed. But it worked and sounded kickass (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qkuxind8E7A ;)). Up til today that is. Fired it up, and found the volume across the board is just gone, like...

New Amp Day: Mesa Mark IV

Hey all. I'm a longtime TriAxis/2:90 owner and I've been looking to score a Mark series head for quite a while as a "home" rig. After quite a bit of wheeling and dealing, this one made it home- Mesa Mark IV rev. A. Here it sits on top of another recent acquisition, a Peavey JSX. Also a great...

Footswtich for a Mark IV Rev. A

Yeah I had seen that on eBay and hoped someone here had some experience with them. Guess I'll scoop it up. For the record, my god is the Mark IV an AWESOME amp!

Footswtich for a Mark IV Rev. A

Thanks. I just found it there after I saw your reply. Yikes. Price is a little steep! Are there any decent, more affordable aftermarket switches out there?

Footswtich for a Mark IV Rev. A

Hi all. Just scored a great deal on a Mark IV head, but alas, it does not come with a footswitch. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good switch? Also, can the Rev. A switch handle the EQ and Effects loop as well, or was that new to the Rev. B? Thanks folks!

    Mesa 2:90 Troubles

Hey everyone. Hoping you guys can help me out with some Mesa 2:90 issues I'm having. I noticed recently that my TriAxis/2:90 rig started sounding a little "flubby", almost like engaging a wah pedal, just a lot of low-mid range in the sound. It wasn't just one setting on the TriAxis, it seemed...

Running 2 Cabs with the 2:90

Ahhh that's a good idea! Cool beans! Alternatively, if one side's tubes start to go, could I switch to the other side until a retube?

Running 2 Cabs with the 2:90

So, what else could I run through the 2:90? If it was designed to work with the TriAxis, why have 2 separate sides? Running the TriAxis in stereo? I'm sort of confused here.

Running 2 Cabs with the 2:90

How exactly does the "B" side of the 2:90 work? If I were to run another cabinet in my rig, would I plug it into the out of the "B" side? Then control the volume from the front? Or does the "B" side need an input as well to output? I guess I just don't quite get the 2:90 exactly, as I only...

    TriAxis Output Dial Question

Sadly bro, the only ESP Explorer I ever had was an old LTD model, and I parted ways with it to fund the uber-fanboy guitar - the Gibson 1984 Explorer Reissue with EMGs. :D
