My on-board reverb mark IV b, has developed a serious hum! What's a good valve/tube replacement and what position does it occupy? Maybe it's humming 'cos it doesn't know the words? Any ideas, anyone?

I really like using 6v6's in my Mk iv (tweed, simul, 4 ohms, etc) THEORETICALLY!!! could I run them in my 100 Nomad? I won't do it, I'd like to know whether I could. I like that warm Deluxe sound...

In my quest to be able to hear myself on stage, could I (Mark iv) keep my C90 plugged into the 8 ohm socket and plug a 8 ohm EVM 12L ext speaker into EACH of the two 4 ohm sockets? ie, 8 + 4 + 4. I could then use one of the EV ext cabs as a monitor down at the stage front! Then perhaps, I...

I'm still harping on the same string, can I swop my C90 for a EVM 12L without any modification to my WIDEBODY Mk iv? Anybody tried it? :?:

I'm thinking of swapping my C90 (Mk iv) for the Zakk Wylde EVM 12L speaker. Anybody tried this? Is it possible. I always think my C90 needs more clarity on stage. It tends not to cut through too well! Any ideas - would the Black Label EVN fit?
