6V6's in a Nomad?

I really like using 6v6's in my Mk iv (tweed, simul, 4 ohms, etc) THEORETICALLY!!! could I run them in my 100 Nomad? I won't do it, I'd like to know whether I could. I like that warm Deluxe sound...
