Which rating? - choosing new powervalves for my Fifty/Fifty

One plus as well as a minus to me is the fixed bias of Mesa gear. I'm in the process of replacing the powervalves of my Fifty/Fifty and I had some Groove Tube valves in mind. As I'm to ask for a specific rating to go well with my Fifty/Fifty which rating should I go with (Mesa or GT rating)? I prefer to run my powervalves a bit cold.

A GT rating of 4 or a Mesa in yellow or red (Red being coldest) would run cooler than other ratings that are safe to run in any Mesa.

Cheers mate! I was basically asking since Mesas are biased rather cold to begin with and I was uncertain which rating would be spot on bias so I could go colder from there.
