Volume loss on lonestar special

Hi guys after giving much thought to which amp i should buy i went for the Lonestar Special, came on Friday. Yesterday while playing at 5w the volume suddenly droped and the sound was distorted. Can anyone give advice as to the problem.

If it is working correctly on the 30 watt setting, I'd suggest trying a different rectifier tube (5Y3 tube).

Also bypass the effects loop and see if it happens when it's bypassed.

HI guys thanks for reply. Same on the 30w but not the 15w i will try setting to bypass see what happens.

It could possibly be a bad tube.
