Simple questian, is it important that you order the power filter caps, and bias caps from boogie , ?

I can't see why it would be important. There are several decent part suppliers http://tubesandmore.com/, http://tubedepot.com/ to name few

In a IIC+, I would only use the BMI capacitors from Mesa. It looks much better for resale and they are about the last American made
cap left. If you plan on keeping the amp indefinitely, you can go with a good Euro cap like F&T.
