for those classy bros who are looking for those wonderfull Brazilian rosewood boards ask for the real thing, ask for "Jacarandá da Bahia" which is THE Queen of Rosewoods, we here have dozens of rosewoods that can easily be mistaken :wink:

yes, correct. on the second link have a table with some name translations (why they translate Jacarandá da Bahia as "Rio Rosewood" is what i dont no . . . we're not even close to Bahia State :? is the same that call a Californian Maple as "Florida Maple" . . . (if such maples exists. LOL)

i bet that "Rio" is from river . . . who knows?? . . .
