    You're not sacrificing anything. I ran my Mark IV and now my Mark V:25 into a Bogner 4x12 at 16ohms for a long time. Sounds great.

    Yes. I used to spend a ton of time on that forum. I had 5-6 Carvins, a Legacy and MTS head. Lots of Carvin gear went through my hands. I even had a nice Carvin bass I should have never sold. Dave

    A bit of an over statement I'd say. I never bought a V because I thought the IV was better on the Lead channel. The lead channel on the V:25 IMO, is better than the V. I think you probably should never have bought the V:25 since, if you're diming the gain channel on your amp at live shows...

    For stereo did you just run FX send from the V:25 to the FX return of the recto? Also, by anychance, can the amp gizmo switch modes on channel 1? So you could go from clean to crunch? Thanks! Dave
