They were called the recto wedge if I recall correctly. They made a 2x12 wedge with vintage 30s also. Late nineties early aughts. They made a bunch of odd cabs brought the nineties and 80’s with hardly any information out there in them.

The Tremoverb has its own board and hence its own revision coding that doesn’t line up with the 2 channel solo heads. I believe all tremoverb are RR-1E. This board is very simalare to the solo head rev G. I’ve owned 2 98 tverbs and there both are rr-1e T

Thanks so much. My guess would have been right. Yeah I could get one from Mesa but they quoted me over $100 for it. For a piece of common aluminum with 2 holes in it, seems high even for MESA. Especially considering many other parts on it are quite reasonable. I’ve had it for a dozen...

Anyone able to hook me up with the dimensions on this part? I’m talking about the aluminum U-channel at the back that guards the tubes. I know it needs to be 26” long and I recall it being around 1/8” thick but I don’t know the width or the height of the legs on the U. Thanks in advance.

I’d say do it. I’ve always liked mixing speakers. I have a vertical 2x12 halfback with the c90 and an ev12l that I picked up when I had my tremoverb combo and I far preferred running it instead of the 2 v30 in the combo. Now I have a tremoverb head that I replaced the combo with and I just...

Have you tried the serial loop mod for your tremoverb yet? That won't fix quite playing but it might improve the loop for you

You can use the tremoverb as the power amp. From the manual Make sure the mix level is at 100 The loop is active Use the orange channel and make sure channel cloning is off Whether it sounds good or not you'll find out.
