(had to re-register as I changed my email addy)

The channel 2 of my Mesa Lonestar died last night. I flicked the switch from ch1 to channel 2- the green light clicked 3 times and then ...silence. It sounded just like my truck when I try to start it and the battery is dead.
I am the original owner and its about 5 years old, and have not had any issues with this. Any ideas? I live in Boston and just pinged Bob up in Beverly to see if he can take a look.
I mostly use the Channel 1 and use a KOT for dirt, but I don't want this to be symptomatic.

yup- thats what it was looking like. Bu then I plugged the footswitch in and it all was working again. that seems to me that I should have the electrical checked, so I have an appointment set up.

BTW, I also hadn't played with humbuckers for a while. I had a total Aerosmith tone in the 5w mode.
