Hey,
Clean channel on my Dual Recto (3 channels) fades in and out. the green LED also flickers in conjunction with the sound. Also, if i put the (3 channel)foot switch in, the channels will switch randomly/blur together in conjunction with the channel LEDs on the head (flicker). this occurs in brief episodes. checked out other sites/forums with no luck. Checked input jack. the soldering looks solid. thanks. bye.
