Using The G Major In Conjunction With Stomp Boxes

I have an application whereby I will need to run my G-Major in the same chain as my modulation stomp boxes. I am assuming this can be done without any adverse results but I just want to make sure before I do it.
BTW, this G-Major / stomp box arrangement will be run through my loop in case that makes any differnce.

I'm not familiar with the G-Major's output....is it digital or analog? Is the output line level or not? Are your modulation pedals digital, and will they go before or after your G-Major?
