Shockmount Rack

What is the best suspension rack? I am looking for probably a 12U rack or maybe 2 smaller 6U racks and I am not sure what are the best available racks... I built a studio rack a while back, but it is not deep enough for a Poweramp and doesn't fit my Quad.

I want something that will protect my rack gear and absorb any shock. Whats the use of a fancy case if it screws your tubes every time it gets bumped? What are you experiences with the different rack company? I am looking for somethime that wont break the bank...
