I bought a used Mesa 5:25 Express today.

Welcome! I had a 5:50 for a while, but not a 5:25. It was a great amp, but covered a lot of the same ground my other Mesas did.

Welcome! I have owned an Express 5:25+ combo for over a decade and have really liked it. So many usable tones and useful features. I run it with a Mesa 1x12 extension cab for a bigger sound. There used to be a more active community of Express owners on this forum, but it has dropped off over the years. If you have specific questions, it might be faster to search old posts instead of starting a new one. Hope you have fun with the amp.
