Hey everyone! :D

This is my first rig post in this forum and all I can say is that I am very excited! :)
I used a MKIV at very low volume cause it was very late *tweed instead of full that I play most of the time*, an Ibanez RG1550, a TC Nova, a Behringer clean boost, a Morley Wah, M-Audio Fast Track Pro and a Shure Sm57!
I cover the solo of Lines in the Sand by Dream Theater and this is recorded in one take at my first try ever with the mic!!
I'd like some opinions mostly on the tone, because I am listening this to monitor-headphones and I wonder how it sounds on normal speakers!

Here is the link:

Hope you guys enjoy!

Not only was your tone great, but your technique was awesome as well!

What settings did you use for the low-volume recording? Was this through a cab or a combo speaker?

First of all thanks for your time & comments!

This is through a combo speaker and the settings are as follows:

Lead Gain - 8 Pulled
Lead Treble - 8
Lead Bass - 1.5
Lead Mid - 1
Lead Drive - 8
Presence LD - 2.5 Pushed
Lead Voicing - Harmonics
LD Master - 1+1/4
Output - 1+3/4
With the EQ on, just some mids cut, bass boosted, a very mild V.
In Tweed Power, Pentode, Simul-Class.

Really awesome, man. The tone and the playing. You should be very happy with that. I would like to hear more.
