I'm sure some of you guys have seen this, but I was wondering what the general forum opinion is on this one;

https://reverb.com/item/26260964-mesa-boogie-mark-white-tolex-late-1970s

I know it's collector value is pretty much shot but, it seems like fairly useable mods to help make it a more versatile workhorse. I reached out to Chicago Music Exchange to ask questions but, I think I annoyed them. I guess one or two questions is their limit. I wonder if Mesa really did the mods, etc. What are the opinions of the good folks here on the Boogie Board? I'll admit it, I'm intrigued by this amp.

According to that listing, the amp has been modified by Mesa to be a Mark IIB. You could save yourself $400-$500 with just buying a Mark IIB.

Yes, I read the ad. I already own a Mark IIB. I thought it was a little interesting. Thanks.
