Hi

i have tried dual rec and roadster head today.

in fact, i love roadster much more. but i change my opition after i try dual rec. Mesa boogie say they are same of distotion. but i think dual rec distortion is more power more open and deep. when i try roadster again, it is sound dark, not open. (both setting are the same)

is any people try both together. i think roadster distortion sound is just 80% of dual rec.

i don't know how to choose now. please help to give me more idea
Thank

I agree--I had a Mesa Trem-o-verb that I noticed the same thing with. I ended up trading it for a 3 channel Triple rec and it seems so much thicker and heavier. If the gain end is important I would go with the straight up recto-(to me its the staple of my sound and I rarely come out of 1 channel[Channel3]). Thats just my taste though--

yes
i agree totally

i have try to use single rec. i don't like its sound.
so i never try dual rec because i have bad experience of single rec.

but i try dual rec today. Great, i like it.

and i think roadster have reverb and i think it is useful.
so i hope any people to give me idea if you have tried dual rec and roadster. i want to know the both distortion are the same? or dual rec or roadster is better.

Thank
