Well here i am again ..lol it seems to never end me and my amps. I bought a new set of JJ tubes after posting on here.. Well got them in, but i might have put the balanced tube in the wrong Socket reading the diagram backwards.. ha i am lame.. anyway it sounds ok but the gain in channel 2 isn't going to make it.. When i switch my power to tweed from off it doesn't work.. If go from full power to tweed it works until i switch to channel two then it won't work again.. so there's no switching channels in the reduced power tweed mode.. This is also when im using the 10 or 50 watt power setting. Is this normal ? Im looking at getting a primsoul for my first new pedal.. next perhaps a wampler ecstasy followed by a barber sports .. I also want to add a compressor which i have never used one.. sorry guys im old.. If it makes you feel any better i have used all your suggestions up til now so please help me get me through this so i can have a decent time playing this weekend. My amp is really noisy when i use channel 2 or any time i crank the gain up until i move at least 5 feet from my amp.. Have a wonderful thanksgiving guys.. Boogie on..
