How much are the different versions of the Mark II worth?

I've got a line on a Mark II, but as of right now I'm not sure what version it is...I think it's a B.
I'm sure it's not a IIC+, but how much are the A, B, and C versions worth?
And how much does the EQ affect the price? This one doesn't have it, but it's a 100 watt model.

The Bass knobs on IICs are pullable; the A's and B's are not. Also, the As and Bs have silver-faced knobs; the IICs are all black. Knobs can be changed, so this is somewhat unreliable.

A loaded A or B should be around $800; a IIC between $800 and $1,200, depending on features and condition. An upgraded C+ roughly from $1,500 to $2,200, depending on features and condition.

I'd say eq is worth a couple hundred.

The MKIIB has an FX loop, MKIIA does not.
You need to look at the rear panel to spot it.
