Help: Mesa Strategy 400 Poweramp - no output channel a

As the title indicates. No output from channel a. I can hear static coming through.
No blown fuses
All tubes flowing (power and pre)
Tested channel b and it’s performing normally.

Should I start with testing the preamp tubes?

Yes of course. You can just swap the left channel preamp tubes with the right channel preamp tubes first, and see if the problem moves.

I recommend cleaning the level pots / tube pins and sockets. I repaired a fuse popping 295 simulclass with simple cleaning.
