this guitar i bought used about 3yrs ago and since i bought an ibanez with a floydrose i dont really play this guitar anymore. it has an extremely flat fretboard and the neck feels possibly even thinner than my ibanez's, so it feels like its mainly designed for playing metal. the upgrades i performed myself about 2yrs ago. it has a few little dings on the back and such but overall is in great shape, i'd give it's condition a 7 out of 10.
ideally i would like $400 for it but i may be willing to negotiate
