conflicting loop mod opinions

Am I the only one who is completely dizzy after reading all the series loop mod posts on this sight? Looking to do this to my 3ch Triple and I want to keep the solo function, but can not seem to weed out which mod will allow me to do this. I know how to solder and what not. I just did the adjustable bias mod on it yesterday and now I want to mod the loop. Anyone actually accomplish this on a 3ch and retain the solo function? If so....what, in the name of Zeus' butthole, did you do to accomplish it?! Haha movie reference for ya there.

dont quote me on this, but i've heard that the loss of the solo boost function is a myth. maybe it depends on how you do the mod :?

I have a triple 3 channel. The mod is pretty simple and I've done it to my amp. The solo function will stay intact as long as you do not remove the "3 prong thingies" .
