    Hi! Im looking for a tone that comes close to the one in this album: To my knowledge the band uses an orange amp with a marshall cab. I know my tone wont be exact the same. But 80-90% will do. I am using a mark V Im guessing i can achieve a tone with maybe the tweet, edge or crunch mode...

    I connected the fx send and the fx return with a cable and the problem dissappeared. Another benfit from doing that: Amp makes less noise in channel 3

    Yes nothing in the fx loop. If i connect the footswitch, ecerythibg is fine as long as the fx loop is bypassed. As soon as i want to use the fx loop (to be able to use the output knob for volume) the amp turns quiet and no volume related knobs have an effect except adding fizz to the unusable...

    My Mark V turns extremly quiet when i connect the footswitch. As soon as i disconnect it, everything goes back to normal volume. If i disable the fxloop the problem does not occur. the footswitch itself seems to work normal. what could be the problem?
