Yeah, I have the same problem. Sometimes when my amp is set on spongy, the volume goes way down. But if I flip it to bold the volume comes back and is very loud. I dont know what it is.. some days spongy works fine and others theres a huge volume loss. I have all new tubes in it so I can't see...

yeah, that footswitchable loop was great. Not sure why they mesa didn't put that on the stiletto series.. The cleans on the recto were good and worked not like a 5150's. But I like the cleans on the stiletto a lot better, even though they aren't as full sounding.. But the Eq. But the sonic...

Of course you can get the same tones out of the dual recto as what i posted. I say its better for metal because literally the recto just dumps fizz and fuzz on the gain thats a known problem with them.. the stilettos gain has clarity and insane tightness.. and another reason why the stiletto...

sorry its the bold selection works and the spongy doesnt. when i go from bold to spongy, on spongy no volume, - Diodes has no use or involvement in this. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

like when i stay on spongy it doesnt have volume. But if i switch to diode there is volume and its fine. So i need help with what is making spongy not have volume the amp on diode sounds great and runs fine (as you can tell from the video :P)

When I go from diode to spongy all the volume is lost ALL of it. I have to max the amps output and master to even hear a little bit of it.. i dont know what happend. I used it on spongy then i woke up and this happened. What controls the spongy mode?... Also for any one that likes dream...
