I would go with a head over a combo as well. I'm currently trying to find a head cabinet for the chassis of my DC-2.

I bought a Studio Caliber DC-2 recently and have really gotten to like it although it's taken a while. I made a phase inverter tube change to a 12AT7 which improved the tone. I'm am also considering changing V2 and V3 to a 5751. Any recommendations from the Cartel? I should also mention that...
