I have a Mesa Boogie single rectifier rectoverb 50 and the reverb sounds bad on it compared to a fender deluxe reverb. If a fender reverb tank or a lonestar reverb tank was installed in the rectoverb 50 would that cause the reverb to sound more like a fender deluxe reverb? Does the sound of the reverb on a rectoverb 50 have to do more with the circuit in the amp rather than with the reverb tank?
