I have a Pedal Train Pro. I use two voodoo labs supplies, which work very well. OK, maybe not the cheapest options but I have zero noise issues and they power everything on my board effortlessly. Never have had any issues at shows or in the studio. No complaints here !

I used to have a BBE but found that it sounded fantastic when I was playing alone but I was totally lost in the mix with the band. I dumped it.

You may have a ground loop. you could temporarily remove the ground from the Maximizer and see if it goes away. If it does, bingo !!

If you only need chorus for a light effect, not your main sound or to add texture here and there then the little Sonicake analogue cloud chorus is great. Don't let the low price fool you, this thing sounds mint for the money. Why go crazy on boutique pedals if it's just something you'll use here...

You're better off using a good quality cable line an Evidence Audio, there's no wireless system on the planet that will sound anywhere near as good. I used to own a Shure ULXS but sold it. Great wireless but nowhere even close to sounding like these cables do.
