Sold / Withdrawn Mark IIB Simul-Class

Does anyone have a Boogie Mark IIB with the Simul-Class option that they'd like to sell? I'm not partial to a head or combo. I'm looking for amps with reverb and GEQ. Thanks!!

    New (to me) Mark IIB

About two weeks ago, I picked up a 1983 Mark IIB. This one is almost a stripper model. 60 watts with reverb in a black combo and nothing else. I don't normally go for Marks without the GEQ and I generally prefer 100 watts for the added fullness. Funny thing, this amp sounds outstanding! Very...

SOLD!! Rawcabs Custom Built Mark I / IIA / Early IIB Hardwood Head Shell

I just recently purchased this from Rawcabs and his work is unreal. It looks like it rolled out of the Mesa Boogie factory. It's a finished, dovetail jointed birdseye pine head shell with wicker grill and is finished in an ambered oak color. Holes are drilled, reverb tank is cutout and it is...

    1979 Mesa Boogie Mark IIA

Well, most anything original Boogie is heavy! You can count on them to only install great sounding parts. Good luck with the sale Amen to that!

    1979 Mesa Boogie Mark IIA

Yes, that's an Eminence speaker. A lot of people look to change them but, it's actually a nice sounding speaker. Full, warm, smooth. It's still a bit heavy, though.

Altec 417-8C and Weber Alnico Michigan 12" Speakers

This is an Altec Lansing 417-8C 12" Alnico speaker from 1969. It's rated at 75 watts and 8 ohms with a 3" voice coil. It's in very good overall condition and is pretty clean for the age. There are some small chips and scratches around the frame but nothing major. I believe this has been reconed...

Mark IIA In For Service, Any Mods?

I had Mike rework the 3 volume knobs to have a smoother taper. I wanted the master to work better without the volume coming on so fast.

Incarnations of the Mark 1 amp?

I've owned 5-6 1970's era Mark I's and none of those amps would be considered bright. On the contrary, they were some of the fastest sounding amps that I've ever heard, clean or overdriven. One of them even had a JBL K-120. I think that I read somewhere that the Mark I R.I. was based off of...

WANTED; Blonde / Brown Mark I, II Combo Cabinet

I'm still looking. I'd consider buying the whole amp for the right price.

Mark IIA In For Service, Any Mods?

Well, my Mark IIA has been sent off to Mesa for maintenance and a tune up and the waiting game begins. I'm not sure how long it'll be there with the current climate and the state of CA practically being shut down. Any way, I've had plenty of time to think about the amp. Does anybody know of any...

WANTED; Blonde / Brown Mark I, II Combo Cabinet

I'm looking for a used 1970's to very early 80's (1980-1981) Mesa Boogie combo cabinet in blonde / brown. It has to be the earlier version with chassis screws as opposed to the later suspension mounts. Mine has the earlier bolt pattern. Must be clean. Thanks!

Mark III reverb, can it be improved?

Quite fortunate then that it's not your amp he's asking about, right?
