Im looking to get a Mesa 4X12 for my Dual Rectifier i wanted a slant but found a good deal on a straight with slant baffle in it. what would be the sound difference if any give me your thoughts and recommendations.

The Grid Slammer is great Mid range bump is not as harsh as TS-9 5 band in the loop still playing with the settings to get it just right but so far working good. The classic Mesa V Curve sound awful though.

Any thought or reviews from user's. I just ordered both.

So i recently started running a TC Flashback delay and a TC chorus in the effects loop. but the effects seem quiet and buried far in the background. i have the send and return both set at halfway point what am i doing wrong i want to bring the effects out more when i kick on the effects loop...

Does the dual rec head fit on the 2x12 vertical measurements are smaller than the head?

currently running a dual Rectifier and some times i switch it up to 6505+ head been using a Marshall MX 4x12 should i go with mesa 4x12 or mesa 2x12.

Put in some Mesa EL 34's last night and wow so much better than 6L6's anybody else share this opinion.

Thanks for all the advice. got it dialed in on the orange channel in vintage for rhythm and go to red channel in modern for leads.

not a multi watt model but i have dialed it in on the orange channel the red is a little to bright for me but will play with it once i get it up to volume at rehearsal on Wednesday maybe at volume it will smooth out.

the mesa 1x12 smoothed things right out and took away the fizz. I think most of my problem was a crappy MG 4x12 Marshall Thanks for all the input.

I think my Fizz problem is i am trying to dial it in at home so not a lot of volume i think it needs to be cranked setting are as follows. 6505 + has a lot of fizz to until you get it cranked i am hoping the same here. orange channel Vintage TS 9 vol. 100% tone 12:00 gain 0 presence 9:00...

Still struggling to get my sound. Man this thing has some Fizz i thought my 6505 could get Fizzy but this is worse.

Can it just get here already. Never played a Dual Rec. i have a Mark V 25 and main amp is Modded 6505+ any advice on set up. Mostly classic rock and metal.

i just got a BE OD today through the clean channel is is a beast by far the best distortion/overdrive pedal i have used. defiantly brings the Marshall sound to the boogie. I get no hum as others have said.
