Can anyone give me a rough idea what the MkIIB is worth?
It is loaded - export transformer, etc.
Rebuilt EV.
Padauk (reddish) wood.
Anvil flight case.
White/cream extension cabinet.
Both with covers.
I have had it for many years and just do not use it any longer - seems whenever I reach for a guitar it is an acoustic or resonator.

For the amp and case I would say $1,500 is probably the top of the market if you luck into someone ready to spend all their money without any research. Most sit a long time at that price or above, even nice hardwoods with extras in good shape. I've got some great deals on hardwood IIBs over the years and $1,200 is probably the most I would pay for a hardwood compact combo personally.
