New Amp Day - $200 Edition

Saw what appeared to be a Mark III for sale on facebook the other day. As soon as I saw it, I messaged and offered to take it off the previous owner's hands.

Turns out it's a 60W Mark III Purple Stripe short head. It needs some TLC (dusty, smells like cigs, dirty pots) but it turns on and I can get sound through the speakers. If it doesn't work as well as I'd like, I'll probably send it in to Mesa for service.

They only wanted $200 for it and a Carvin V412. I don't think I'll get a deal like this again ever. I can't wait to get it back to 100% and crank it!

That's a ripper - you cant complain about that, I also had a similar deal on a blue stripe only I have now repaired mine 3 times and still its not 100% but gezz it still sounds good.
